You may return your order to Clothing Shop Online within 30 days of the purchase date by visiting the returns page. Please review the terms and conditions on our returns page for additional information about returning goods. Depending on the reason for return you may be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange goods, we ask that you simply place a new order for the replacement goods and visit the returns page within 30 days of your original purchase to return the goods you would like to return.
We will process your return on the same day we receive your items. Your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank to process the refund.

All products we carry and sell are “first quality” and free of major defects
If you unfortunately receive a faulty item, please send it back to us within 30 days with a description of the fault, and we will process a full refund including the original delivery charge. Faulty items will be checked on receipt and validated.
In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, this is probably due to your order being dispatched in separate parcels, if this is the case please check your emails.

We will remove the out of stock items from your order ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged for the out of stock items.
